Restart the graphics sub-system. Press LEFTCTRL+LEFTSHIFT+NUMPADSLASH+F12.
Restart the workstation. Type reboot.
Your Effects or Editing application is now ready to use an EIZO graphics monitor.
If you wish to revert to using a CRT graphics monitor, you will need to follow the next
procedure.
To revert to a CRT graphics monitor:
1. Open a shell and log in as root.
2. Launch the graphics monitor configuration utility. Type:
/usr/discreet/util/INSTALLGFX
3. To the question asking if you are using an LCD monitor, type NO.
4. Restart the graphics. Use one of the following techniques:
• Restart the graphics sub-system. Press LEFTCTRL+LEFTSHIFT+KEYPADSLASH+F12.
• Restart the workstation. Type reboot.
Your Effects or Editing application is now ready to use a CRT graphics monitor.
